Steven W. Allen is the President of PolicyWorks, a non-profit organization supporting independence through career path employment for students and youth with disabilities. Steven leads the Peer MentoringWorks Community of Practice (PMW CoP) which serves as a technical assistance and training center to State Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies to support the provision of peer mentoring transition support for students and youth with disabilities. He is a veteran with a disability who holds a Master’s in Architecture; enjoys regional community theater as a patron, actor, and director; and volunteers as President of the Crooked River Lighthouse, in Carrabelle Florida.
