Meta Diverse Production Assistant (PA) Initiative

LCA is proud to be the disability talent pipeline for the Meta Diverse PA initiative.  So far, three PAs with disabilities have worked on various projects.

For the past five years, LCA is proud to serve as the disability talent pipeline for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. So far, five LCA members have served as interns for this wonderful program.

Women’s eNews

Each year, EIN SOF conducts outreach for the Annual Women’s eNews Loreen Arbus Accessibility is Fundamental Fellowship, granted to aspiring journalists who identify as female.

Two annual Fellowships are awarded – one for someone under 50 years old, and one for someone over 50 years old.

Finalists for Women’s eNews Fellowship are offered a paid internship as an LCA Intern Journalist. Here is a link to their articles - https://www.lights-camera-access.com/lca-news/

The application deadline for the 2024-2025 Women’s eNews Fellowship is July 26, 2024 (the 34th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act) at 9 pm ET/6 pm PT. Click here for the application link.
